目的探讨尿道下裂与染色体异常的关系。方法 2005年1月1日至2009年10月30日对218名患者采用外周血淋巴细胞培养制备染色体,G显带技术染色体核型分析。结果 218例患者共检出23例异常的男性染色体核型,占10.6%。结论染色体异常是尿道下裂的重要病因之一,尿道下裂患者发生染色体异常的机会较大,并与尿道下裂的严重程度有关,尿道下裂术前均应行染色体核型分析。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hypospadias and chromosomal abnormalities. Methods From January 1, 2005 to October 30, 2009, 218 human peripheral blood lymphocytes were used to prepare chromosomes. Genomic karyotype analysis of G banding technique was performed. Results A total of 218 cases were detected in 23 cases of abnormal male karyotypes, accounting for 10.6%. Conclusions Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the important causes of hypospadias. The patients with hypospadias are more likely to have chromosomal abnormalities and are associated with the severity of hypospadias. Chromosome karyotype analysis should be performed before hypospadias.
