教学实践中我们面对的是独立的学生个体,而学生都来自不同的家庭,经历了不同的学习和生活背景,再加上人与人之间本身就存在认知能力的差异。所以同样的授课,同学们会表现出不同的接收能力和认知水平。这就要求我们必须摒弃传统的一刀切的教学手段,转而引进以学生为主的学习模式,承认差异,立足个体,这样才能充分满足每位同学的求知需求。鉴于此,笔者结合教学实践经验,
In the teaching practice, we are faced with an independent student individual, and students come from different families, have experienced different learning and living background, together with the cognitive difference between people themselves. Therefore, the same teaching, students will show a different ability to receive and cognitive level. This requires that we must abandon the traditional one-size-fits-all teaching methods instead of introducing a student-centered learning model that admits differences and fits into the individual so as to fully meet the needs of each student for knowledge.
