目的探讨卵巢癌上皮性组织中Wilms瘤基因蛋白(WT1)表达以及与上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测30例正常卵巢组织、30例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤(囊腺瘤)、40例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤(交界性囊腺瘤)及80例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤(上皮性卵巢癌)标本中WT1蛋白的表达。结果上皮性卵巢癌组织和卵巢交界性囊腺瘤组织中WT1阳性表达率明显高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢囊腺瘤组织;在上皮性卵巢癌中,浆液性囊腺癌WT1蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于其他亚型,低分化组的WT1蛋白表达率高于高、中分化组。上述差异均有统计学意久(均P<0.05);WT1蛋白的阳性表达率随FIGO分期的进展升高(P<0.05),但与是否存在淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论WT1可能对上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展及预后起着一定的作用,有可能成为上皮性卵巢癌鉴别诊断的客观辅助指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Wilms tumor gene protein (WT1) in epithelial ovarian cancer and the relationship with the occurrence, development and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods 30 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 30 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor (cystadenoma), 40 cases of ovarian borderline epithelial tumor (borderline cystadenoma) and 80 cases of ovarian malignant epithelial tumor (Epithelial ovarian cancer) specimens WT1 protein expression. Results The positive rate of WT1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and borderline ovarian cystadenoma was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues and ovarian cystadenoma. In epithelial ovarian cancer, the positive rate of WT1 protein in serous cystadenocarcinoma Was significantly higher than other subtypes, WT1 protein expression in poorly differentiated group was higher than in high and moderately differentiated group. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The positive rate of WT1 protein increased with the progress of FIGO staging (P <0.05), but there was no significant correlation with the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion WT1 may play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer, and may be an objective auxiliary index for the differential diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
