目前在我们公路基本建设中,经常碰到的问题是:混凝土配合比设计赶不上施工的需要,因为水泥运到工地后,按照正规的施工方法试验、设计,要两个月时间才能运用到工程中去。这样,很多的施工单位都来不及等待28天结果便进行施工。因此制配的混凝土不是没有充分利用水泥的活性,就是水泥标号过低,造成水泥浪费和严重的质量事故。当前,公路钢筋混凝土桥梁逐步走向预制装配化的快速施工,施工单位希望提早得出混凝土正确的强度来保证工程质量
