贵州省刑法学研究会1989年年会暨我院学术交流会于1990年3月26至28在我院举行.26日为我院学术交流会时间.会议由副院长周毓业主持,省法学会副会长、秘书长肖常纶到会表示祝贺.参加会议的代表有全校专兼职教师20余名,提交大会的论文共18篇,内容涉及刑法、民法、经济法、诉讼法、法制史、司法文书等学科.章合兴院长对大会进行了总结.3月27、28日为省刑法学年会时间.来自全省政法教学、实际部门的代表共30名,提交大会的论文共17篇.大会由省刑法学会总干事肖常纶、常务副总干事周毓业主持.我省政法界老领导盛北光、省法学会会长石文礼、省高级法院副院长再茂元、省公安厅副厅长张天顺、省政法管理干部学院院长章合兴等领导同志出席大会并作了重要讲话.省检察院经济检察处处长易育民介绍了经济检察工作中出现的新情况新问题,肖常纶、周毓业同志介绍了中国刑法学会1989年年会学术交流情况,省刑法学会秘书长刘鹏宣布了1990年学会工作计划.在年会上,代表们就刑法的修改完善问题、刑法分则具体罪名研究和刑罚的适用问题进行了充分的讨论.

Xiao Changlan and Zhou Yuxing Chi describes the academic exchange of the 1989 Annual Conference of Chinese Criminal Law Society and Liu Peng, secretary general of the Provincial Institute of Criminal Law, announced the work plan for the Institute in 1990.
