目的探讨中学生自我概念具体维度与应对之间的关系,为提高中学生的心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用Marsh的自我描述问卷II量表和中学生应对方式量表对开封市579名中学生进行调查。结果中学生自我概念总分从初一到初三是上升趋势,从初三到高二呈下降趋势,从高二到高三呈上升趋势。父母文化程度高对中学生的学业自我概念有着积极的显著的影响。结论中学生的自我概念与应对方式存在一定的显著相关,自我概念越积极,越有可能采取积极的方式应对生活中遇到的挫折和烦恼。
Objective To explore the relationship between specific dimensions of middle school students’ self-concept and coping, and to provide basis for improving the mental health of middle school students. Methods 579 middle school students in Kaifeng City were investigated using Marsh’s Self-Descriptive Questionnaire II Scale and the Middle School Student’s Coping Style Scale. Results The total self-concept score of middle school students increased from the first day to the third day of junior high school, decreased from the third year to the second year, and went up from the second year to the third year. The high educational level of parents has a positive and significant impact on middle school students’ academic self-concept. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between middle school students’ self-concept and coping style. The more self-concept they are, the more likely they are to deal with the setbacks and annoyances they encounter in life.
