研究了7种类型纸袋、不同套袋时间、不同摘袋时间对‘南果梨’果实内在和外在品质的影响。结果表明,套袋后,‘南果梨’果实着色指数提高,果点变小,果面光滑,底色变白;套袋显著影响了果实的后熟程度,降低了单果重量和维生素C含量;采用内黑外灰内外疏水双层果袋可显著提高果实着色指数;落花后60 d套袋可提高果实着色指数,同时对内在品质影响较小;摘袋时间对果实外观及内在品质有显著影响,采前10 d摘袋好。
The effects of seven types of paper bags, different bagging times and different bagging times on the intrinsic and extrinsic qualities of ’Nanguo pear’ were studied. The results showed that the color index of ’Nanguo pear’ increased, the fruit point became smaller, the fruit surface became smooth and the ground color became white after bagging. The bagging significantly affected the degree of ripening and decreased the weight of single fruit and vitamin C content.
