同烧伤一样,机械性创伤时机体血清同样存在低分子量的免疫抑制物,我们发现并证实分子量约9000的创伤血清抑制物对IL一2及IL-2R蛋白表达具有强烈的免疫抑制作用,且对IL-2和IL-2RmRNA的转录也具有明显的抑制作用。从而揭示:这种创伤血清免疫抑制物对淋巴细胞的抑制作用发生于mRNA转录前水平,可能与细胞起始活化信号的识别和受阻有关。
