目的 :观察正常成人和成体大鼠气管软骨的组织动力学。方法 :应用细胞生物学方法、衰老相关 β 半乳糖苷酶组织化学染色和增殖细胞核抗原免疫组织化学方法 ,研究正常成人和正常成体大鼠气管软骨组织动力学。结果 :软骨细胞呈现多种方式的无丝分裂像 ;气管软骨膜与软骨周围带多见细胞增生 ;气管软骨中央带多见衰老的软骨细胞 ,并见明显核固缩、核碎裂等细胞凋亡形态学特征。结论 :从软骨膜最外层致密结缔组织到成熟软骨组织呈现一个连续的组织演化动力学过程 ;气管软骨组织适应性再生的细胞来源是软骨膜结缔组织细胞
Objective: To observe the tissue dynamics of tracheal cartilage in normal adult and adult rats. Methods: The kinetics of tracheal cartilage in normal adult and normal adult rats was studied by means of cell biology, age-related β-galactosidase histochemical staining and proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemistry. Results: Chondrocytes showed a variety of ways of amitosis; tracheal cartilage and cartilage around the band more common cell proliferation; tracheal cartilage with the most common aging chondrocytes, and see obvious nuclear pyknosis, nuclear fragmentation and other cell apoptosis Morphological features. CONCLUSION: The continuous dynamic process of tissue evolvement from dense connective tissue to mature cartilage in the outermost layer of perichondrocytes is a continuous process of tissue evolvement. The source of cells for adaptive regeneration of tracheal cartilage is derived from perichondrial connective tissue cells
