小麦“93-56”,由江苏省太湖地区农科所用“6698”(白)为母本,“扬麦5号”为父本,经杂交选育而成的中熟偏早的小麦良种。我市于1996年秋引进,经引种、示范,表现“高产、稳产、优质、早熟、秆矮、病轻、耐湿、适应性广”并有增产潜力。“93一56”产量明显高于“扬麦5号”和“扬麦158”,列参试品种之首。1996年秋播,望亭、北桥、渭塘三点示范种植2.8亩“93-56”,平均亩产313.8kg,其中有1.1亩高产田,平均亩产高达352.5kg。1997年秋播,又积
The wheat “93-56” was produced by crossbreeding of “6698” (white) as the female parent and “Yangmai 5” as the male parent of the agriculture department of Taihu Lake in Jiangsu Province.
