目的:研究细柱五加果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、反相柱层析、重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从细柱五加果实乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:acankoreoside D(1)、3α,11α-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid(2)、3β(-[O-β-D-glucopyranuronosyl]oxy)-olean-12-ene-28-olc acid(3)、3β(-[O-β-D-glucopyranuronosyl]oxy)-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-olean-12-ene-28-olc acid(4)o、leanolic acid-3-O-6’-O-methyl-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(5)a、cantrifoside A(6)、acankoreoside A(7)、异贝壳杉稀酸(8)、原儿茶酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:化合物2~5首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Fructus Scuulen. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Acanthopanax senticosus. They were identified as acankoreoside D (1), 3α, 11α-dihydroxylup-20 (29) -en-28-oic acid 3β (- [O-β-D-glucopyranuronosyl] oxy) -olean-12-ene-28-olc acid D-glucopyranosyl-olean-12-ene-28-olc (4) o, leanolic acid-3-O-6’-O-methyl-β-D-glucuronopyranoside A (7), Dactylis (8), protocatechuic acid (9), β-sitosterol (10). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
