用粉煤灰等量取代部分水泥,则混凝土强度下降;采用净浆包裹骨料工艺或净浆包裹骨料工艺和少量硅粉复合,可提高混凝土的强度,正好弥补由于粉煤灰取代水泥而引起的强度下降。掺粉煤灰混凝土具有较高的后期强度,这对延长混凝土的使用寿命很有意义,尤其是对那些考虑后期强度的工程更有意义。 本文研究不仅要揭示掺粉煤灰混凝土强度的规律,而且要着重研究提高掺粉煤灰混凝土强度的措施,对掺粉煤灰混凝土的后期强度也予以讨论。
Replace some of the cement with fly ash equal parts, then the concrete strength is reduced; the use of slurry wrapped aggregate process or slurry packing process and a small amount of silica powder compound, can increase the strength of concrete, just to make up for the replacement of cement by fly ash The resulting intensity drops. The fly ash-reinforced concrete has a high late strength, which is of great significance for prolonging the service life of the concrete, especially for those projects that consider the post-strength. The research in this paper not only reveals the law of strength of fly ash concrete, but also emphasizes the measures to improve the strength of fly ash concrete. The later strength of fly ash concrete is also discussed.
