为定量评价安顺市工业经济增长与水环境的协调关系,通过估算安顺市2004~2014年工业灰水足迹,用脱钩模型分析工业经济增长与水环境的协调关系。研究表明,安顺市2004~2014年工业灰水足迹波动上升,年均工业灰水足迹为3.255 2×10~8m~3;安顺市2006~2014年工业灰水足迹强度逐年递减,由2006年的1 069.86 m~3/万元减少到2014年的210.39 m~3/万元;研究时段内安顺市工业水环境压力指数变化大,其中2013年水环境压力指数最高,工业水环境压力高低与当年水资源量呈较强的负相关;从协调关系看,安顺市2006年工业经济增长与水环境未脱钩,2005、2007~2010、2014年绝对脱钩,2011~2013年相对脱钩。这表明安顺市在治理水污染过程中不能忽视工业污染物排放带来的影响。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the coordinative relationship between industrial economic growth and water environment in Anshun City, this paper estimates the industrial gray water footprint of Anshun City from 2004 to 2014 and analyzes the coordination relationship between industrial economic growth and water environment by decoupling model. The research shows that the industrial gray water footprint of Anshun City fluctuated from 2004 to 2014, the average annual industrial gray water footprint was 3.255 2 × 10 ~ 8m ~ 3. The industrial gray water footprint intensity of Anshun City decreased gradually from 2006 to 2014, 1 069.86 m ~ 3 / ten thousand yuan to 210.39 m ~ 3 / ten thousand yuan in 2014. During the study period, the pressure index of industrial water environment in Anshun City changed greatly. Among them, the pressure index of water environment was the highest in 2013, the pressure of industrial water environment was similar to the current year From the perspective of coordination, Anshun City did not decoupled the growth of industrial economy from the water environment in 2006, and it was definitely decoupled from 2005, 2007 to 2010 and 2014, and it was relatively decoupled from 2011 to 2013. This shows that Anshun City in the process of governance of water pollution can not ignore the impact of industrial pollutant emissions.
