和谐教学是运用恰当的科学与艺术的教学手段让学生在愉快和谐的气氛中进行学习。它除了遵循“开放、整体优化、愉快教学、当堂达标、精讲活练”等教学原则外,更彰显出突破传统的课堂教学模式,实现教学各环节的合理构建,追求师生教学心理、氛围行为、评价等方面的和谐发展,努力实现课堂教学效率的最大化。现笔者以“生态系统的结构”一节为例交流和谐教学方面的一些尝试。
Harmony teaching is the use of appropriate scientific and artistic teaching methods to allow students to learn in a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. In addition to teaching principles such as “Openness, Overall Optimization, Pleasant Teaching, Complimentary Standards, Exquisite Teaching,” and other teaching principles, it also highlights the breakthrough of the traditional classroom teaching model, the rational construction of all aspects of teaching, and the pursuit of teacher-student teaching psychology. Atmospheric behavior, evaluation and other aspects of the harmonious development, and strive to maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching. The author now uses the section “Structure of the Ecosystem” as an example to exchange ideas on harmonious teaching.
