在拟建高速公路项目可行性研究工作中,采用定性分析方法和定量分析相结合的方法,对项目节能减耗工作进行研究。定性的分析三阶段评述中设计阶段和建设阶段的节能工作,统计各阶段能源使用情况,提出基于设计和建设方面的节能减耗措施。对运营阶段的节能工作采用定量计算的方法,统计日常维护和公路养护能源消耗,分析道路条件和交通状况对燃耗的影像,预测计算公路晋级所产生的油耗节约、老路减少拥挤所产生的油耗节约和缩短里程而节约的油耗,为项目后续工作的开展奠定基础,提供数据参考。
In the proposed feasibility study of expressway project, the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is used to study the project of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The paper analyzes the energy-saving work during the design phase and the construction phase in the three-phase review qualitatively, and statistics the energy usage in each phase, and puts forward the measures of saving energy and reducing consumption based on the design and construction.
