一、案件监督的重点加强对行政执法机关、司法机关的执法监督,是人大监督工作的一项重要任务,它离不开对案件的监督。近几年来,我区人大常委会实施监督的案件,主要来自几个方面:一是人民群众申诉、控告、检举的案件;二是上级人大常委会和有关机关转交要求监督的案件;三是区人大常委会组成人员、人大代表提出建议、批评、意见 First, the focus of case supervision Enforcement and supervision of administrative law-enforcement organs and judicial organs is an important task of the NPC supervisory work.
