为探讨缺氧缺血后脑细胞线粒体呼吸功能的动态变化,通过结扎7 日龄Wistar 大鼠左颈总动脉并缺氧2 h ,制成缺氧缺血模型,并设正常对照组。于缺氧缺血后即刻、24 、48 、72 h 测线粒体呼吸功能指标呼吸控制比(RCR) 和最大呼吸速率(MRR) 。结果显示:缺氧缺血可使脑细胞线粒体呼吸功能受损。动态观察缺氧缺血后线粒体呼吸功能,结果表明随时间增加线粒体呼吸功能虽有所恢复,72 h RCR、MRR高于即刻、24 、48 h ,但仍明显低于正常对照组。
To investigate the dynamic changes of mitochondrial respiratory function after hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, hypoxia-ischemia model was established by ligating the left common carotid artery of 7-day-old Wistar rats and hypoxia for 2 hours. A normal control group was also established. Immediately after hypoxic-ischemia, mitochondrial respiratory function index (RCR) and maximum respiration rate (MRR) were measured at 24, 48 and 72 h. The results showed that: hypoxic-ischemic brain cells mitochondrial respiratory function impairment. The results of dynamic observation of mitochondrial respiratory function after hypoxia and ischemia showed that mitochondrial respiratory function recovered with time, and the RCR and MRR of 72 h were higher than those of immediate, 24 and 48 h, but still lower than those of normal control group.
