目的:研究不同采收期椪柑果皮挥发油成分动态变化规律。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GCMS进行分析鉴定;应用Kováts保留指数与质谱对化合物定性,面积归一化法定量。结果:6个时间点采集的椪柑果皮中共定性、定量68个化合物,总含量为94.27%~97.12%;6批椪柑果皮中含量最高的3个化合物分别是d-柠檬烯(56.862%~67.728%)、γ-萜品烯(9.298%~11.081%)、芳樟醇(4.792%~7.893%);不同采收期椪柑果皮挥发油成分在物质种类上差异较小,8、9月采摘的椪柑果皮与后期采摘的相比在含量上有显著性差异。结论:不同采收期椪柑果皮挥发油成分动态变化呈现一定的规律性。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of the volatile oil components in the skin of P. citrus ponder in different harvest time. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and identified by GCMS. Kováts retention index and mass spectrometry were used to qualitatively and qualitatively quantify the compounds. RESULTS: Sixty-six skins of P. citrilla were collected for qualitative and quantitative determination of 68 compounds with the total contents ranging from 94.27% to 97.12%. The highest contents of the three compounds in the skins of six skins were d-limonene (56.862% -67.728%), , Γ-terpinene (9.298% ~ 11.081%) and linalool (4.792% ~ 7.893%). There was no significant difference in the volatile oil composition between the fruit peels of different harvest dates. Post-harvest compared to the content of significant differences. CONCLUSION: The dynamic changes of the volatile oil components of P. citrus pesks at different harvest times show a certain regularity.
