地基基础是房屋建筑工程施工中的重中之重,也是其施工的基础性工程。而进行单桩竖向抗压载荷试验,是确定地基抗压承载力最直观可靠的方法。接下来,本文就将对房屋建筑地基基础处理和施工进行探讨分析,提出其地基基础施工的特点以及施工技术要点,以提升地基的承载能力,保护建筑周全。主要不同方面结合介绍了对单桩竖向抗压载荷试验,并提出了几点体会。
The foundation of the foundation is the most important part in the construction of housing construction, and also the basic project of its construction. The vertical load test of single pile is the most intuitive and reliable method to determine the bearing capacity of the foundation. Next, this paper will explore and analyze the foundation treatment and construction of the house building, and put forward the characteristics of the foundation foundation construction as well as the construction techniques to enhance the carrying capacity of the foundation and protect the comprehensive construction. The main different aspects are combined to introduce the test of vertical compressive load of single pile, and put forward some experiences.
