蛋白折叠是指蛋白质分子从线性高分子形成有生物学功能的三维结构的过程.迄今为止,蛋白折叠已经有50余年的研究历史,成为一个十分宽广而活跃的研究领域.本文简要回顾了蛋白折叠问题的提出背景和研究历程,并从蛋白折叠过程预测、折叠过程相关参数的预测、蛋白折叠结果预测、折叠结果相关参数的预测等四个方面介绍了蛋白折叠问题的研究进展.最后,指出了蛋白折叠研究领域值得关注的一些未来的发展方向.
