《政府论》是洛克的主要政治著作,对财产权的论述是其中的重要部分。多数研究认为其宣扬的资产阶级私有财产神圣不可侵犯是对资产阶级财产观的经典论述。但是为殖民地行为辩护是洛克财产观的另一重要国外语境。本文结合洛克的殖民活动,分析洛克为殖民行为辩护的历史背景,进而论述洛克的财产观如何为殖民行为辩护,以求对洛克的财产观有一较全面的认识。 “Government Theory” is Locke’s main political book, and the discussion of property rights is an important part of it. Most studies consider the sacred inviolability of the bourgeois private property promoted by him as a classic account of the bourgeois concept of property. But defending colony behavior is another important foreign context for Locke’s concept of property. Based on Locke ’s colonial activities, this article analyzes the historical background of Locke’ s defense of colonialism, and then discusses how Locke ’s concept of property defended colonial acts so as to seek a more comprehensive understanding of Locke’ s concept of property.
