论述了用钢箔法测定渗碳反应系数的原理和方法;给出了煤油及苯胺在930℃渗碳时的反应系数,对苯胺和煤油的滴注式渗碳的渗碳能力作了评价;说明了渗碳反应系数对计算零件渗层内的碳浓度分布曲线的意义。
The principle and method of measuring the carburizing reaction coefficient by the foil method are discussed. The reaction coefficients of kerosene and aniline at 930 ℃ are given, and the carburizing ability of the dropping carburizing of aniline and kerosene is evaluated. The significance of the carburizing reaction coefficient in calculating the distribution curve of carbon concentration in the infiltrated part of the part is described.
