一九九三年三月,上海浦东新区在全国率先试用情景摸拟考试赞扬副局级干部。此举在上海乃至全国引起了强烈的反响。引起反响的原因不仅仅是因为在人事制度上不拘一格选人才方面有新突破,还因为是情景摸拟考试是对传统考试模式的改革,它给我们带来了一个全新的考试模式。同时,它给我们提出了一个值得研究与思考的问题:在继续教育中,应该学习、借鉴、运用情景模拟考试,这是今后我们教育改革的一个方向。
In March 1993, Pudong New Area in Shanghai took the lead in trying out the Scenario Simulation Test in the country praising the deputy director-level cadres. This move has caused a strong response in Shanghai and throughout the country. The reason for the repercussions is not only that there is a new breakthrough in the personnel system on the eclectic selection of personnel, but also because the situation simulation test is a reform of the traditional examination mode, which brings us a brand new examination mode. At the same time, it brings us a question worthy of study and reflection: In continuing education, we should learn from, learn from, and use scenario simulation exams, which is one direction of our education reform in the future.
