本研究采用分子生物学核酸斑点杂交技术，以［α－３２Ｐ］一ｄＣＴＰ标记的人类乳头状瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）１６型ＤＮＡ为探针，分别对３９例喉癌组织、１０例正常喉粘膜及１例喉脂肪肉瘤进行了检测，并对ＨＰＶＩ６的感染率与喉癌的临床分型、临床分期、病理分化程度及性别的相关性进行研究。结果表明，ＨＰＶ１６的感染程度与喉癌的临床分型及分期有关（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与病理分化程度及性别无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。故我们认为ＨＰＶ与喉癌的发生有一定的关系，ＨＰＶｌ６在喉组织中的存在属于病理性侵袭，致喉癌的危险度较高。
In this study, molecular biology of nucleic acid dot blot hybridization was used to probe the expression of HPV16 DNA of [α-32P] -dCTP in 39 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa and 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa One case of laryngeal liposarcoma was detected, and the correlation between HPVI6 infection rate and clinical classification of laryngeal cancer, clinical stage, pathological differentiation and gender were studied. The results showed that the infection level of HPV16 was related to the clinical classification and stage of laryngeal carcinoma (P <0.05), but not to the degree of pathological differentiation and gender (P> 0.05). Therefore, we believe that HPV has a certain relationship with the occurrence of laryngeal cancer. The existence of HPV16 in laryngeal tissue belongs to the pathological invasion, resulting in a higher risk of laryngeal cancer.
