介绍了一种实现荧光寿命成像显微的方法──频域外差法,研究并改进了相位调制度数据的逐点分析法,设计了相应的数据处理软件。通过对模拟数据的处理表明,该分析法具有很高的处理精度。
A method to realize fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy - frequency domain heterodyne method is introduced. The point-by-point analysis method of phase modulation data is studied and improved, and the corresponding data processing software is designed. Through the simulation of data processing shows that the analysis has a high processing accuracy.
