作为中国第一批执行计划生育政策后出生的一代,他们的成长史遍布当代中国剧烈发展和改变的印记;与九十年代出生的人不同,他们的童年生活还没有被极大丰富的物质所充斥,简单但充实的日子在今天看来十分珍贵而特别,亦成为他们各自艺术创作的灵感渊源。虽然我们反对简单地以年龄和时代划分艺术家和艺术作品,然而这一代人在中国转型期间形成的性格特质确实清晰地展现在他们的作品当中。他们不善张扬,但具有强烈的自我意识,追求个性,独立甚至孤独。在艺术创作上,他们将各自的记忆游戏化并图像化,怀着学院派对技术的优越感,更着迷于探索自己独立的绘画语言。他们力图用新的表达手段打破常规的写实技术,在各自的视觉经验中寻找自己的符号,并将这种符号作为所要表达的新观念的载体。
As the first generation of Chinese born after the implementation of the family planning policy, their history of growth has been marked by the dramatic development and changes in contemporary China. Unlike those born in the 1990s, their childhood has not been greatly enriched by the material Flooded, simple but fulfilling days seem precious and special today, and have also become the source of inspiration for their respective artistic creation. Although we are opposed to the simple division of artists and works of art by age and age, the character traits that this generation formed during the transformation of China did indeed show clearly in their works. They are not good publicity, but have a strong sense of self, the pursuit of individuality, independence and even loneliness. In artistic creation, they gamified and visualized their own memories. With the superiority of academic party technology, they became more fascinated by exploring their own independent language of painting. They sought to break the conventional realism with new means of expression, find their own symbols in their own visual experience, and use this symbol as a carrier of new ideas to be expressed.
