目的探讨成人急性髓系白血病(AML)患者中CCL23表达与疾病的关系。方法收集67例成人骨髓标本(AML患者62例,正常人5例)和40例外周血血清标本(AML患者22例,正常人18例),分别采用实时定量PCR方法和ELISA法分析骨髓细胞中CCL23mRNA和外周血血清中CCL23蛋白的表达。结果成人AML患者骨髓CCL23mRNA和血清CCL23蛋白表达水平均显著高于正常人(均P<0.05),且CCL23mRNA表达与疾病进程变化有显著关联。结论成人AML中CCL23呈显著高表达,可作为AML患者临床特征性的观察指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CCL23 expression and disease in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods Sixty-six adult bone marrow samples (62 AML patients, 5 normal individuals) and 40 peripheral blood serum samples (22 AML patients and 18 normal individuals) were collected. The expression levels of BMSCs in bone marrow cells were measured by real-time PCR and ELISA CCL23 mRNA and CCL23 protein expression in peripheral blood serum. Results The expression of CCL23 mRNA and CCL23 protein in bone marrow of adult AML patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (all P <0.05). The expression of CCL23 mRNA was significantly correlated with the progression of disease. Conclusion The expression of CCL23 in adult AML is significantly high, which can be used as one of the clinical features of AML patients.
