继上海浦东和天津滨海新区成为国家级综合配套改革试验区之后,国务院日前批准重庆市和成都市成为全国首批统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区。近日对于外界关注的是否会给试验区政策和资金扶持的问题,国家发改委相关负责人表示,改革的方向、是否出台优惠政策还要由国务院来确定,而且,设立试验区并不是就意味着“给钱、给政策”。此外,该负责人还透露,为了进一步明确此次试验区的改革方向、思路和下一步的实施方案,国家发改委近期将在北京举行全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区高层论坛。
