石洞口煤气厂是根据市政府制定的“八五”煤气化计划而新建的现代化煤气厂。厂址位于宝山区盛桥镇石洞口西侧、长江口南岸,占地28hm~2,总投资11亿元多。厂的主体设备由4部分组成,即4座2000m~3的液化气球罐、1座万t级油品码头、80800m~3油槽区、3条轻油制气生产线。液化气储运站年储运能力为5～10万t;万t级油品码头年吞吐
Shidongkou Gas Works is a modern gas plant newly built according to the “85” coal gasification plan formulated by the municipal government. The site is located on the west side of Shidongkou, Shengqiao Town, Baoshan District, and on the south bank of the Yangtze River estuary. It covers an area of 28hm2 and has a total investment of over 1.1 billion yuan. The main equipment of the plant consists of four parts, namely four 2000m~3 liquefied balloon tanks, one million t-grade oil terminal, 80800m~3 oil tank area, and three light oil gas production lines.
