广蓄电站无钢衬钢筋砼高压岔管,主管长62.845m,洞径由8m变至3.5m,4个支管.岔管承受的最大静水头610m,最大动水头725m.施工开挖采用常规钻爆法,控制爆破效果良好,炮眼残留率98%,断面优良率93.75%;钢筋、混凝土施工质量良好;岔管高压固结灌浆,最高灌浆压力达6.5MPa.完工后进行充水试验,最高水位为802.2m高程,高压岔管承受的内水压力为597.2m水头,100小时稳压后总渗漏量小于40L/min,结论高压岔管施工质量良好.
