目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定布渣叶中牡荆苷和异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷含量。方法:采用KromasilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长276nm,柱温35℃。结果:牡荆苷和异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷的线性范围分别为0.0412~0.412μg(r=0.9992)和0.0424~0.424μg(r=0.9991);平均回收率(n=9)分别为96.2%和96.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于布渣叶中牡荆苷和异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷含量的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside in the bauxite leaves. Methods: A Kromasil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, binary gradient elution, flow rate 1.0mL.min-1, detection wavelength 276nm, column temperature 35°C. RESULTS: The linear ranges of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside were 0.0412-0.412 μg (r=0.9992) and 0.0424-0.424 μg (r=0.9991), respectively; n=9) were 96.2% and 96.0%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside in the leaves of the leaves.
