针对液压支架连杆在工作中应力分布和如何优化问题,首先对两柱掩护式液压支架的前、后连杆进行受力分析,利用有限元分析软件CosmosWorks对连杆进行仿真分析,分析支架在加载条件下连杆的应力分布和静位移分布,以及载荷条件下的强度分析和综合变形,在此基础上找到了连杆的易损部位,进而对其结构优化。
Aiming at the problem of stress distribution and how to optimize the hydraulic connecting rod in work, the force analysis of the front and rear connecting rods of the two-column protective hydraulic support is carried out firstly. The connecting rod is simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software CosmosWorks. The stress distribution and the static displacement distribution of the connecting rod under the loading condition, as well as the strength analysis and the comprehensive deformation under the loading condition, find the vulnerable parts of the connecting rod on this basis, and then optimize the structure of the connecting rod.
