山东省平度市共有乡镇水利站32个,在编职工243名。水利站建站30余年来,业务范围已由建站初期的建设服务型发展到现在的承担水利规划、工程设计与施工、管理和运行、防汛抗旱、水行政管理和执法等,随着各项业务的不断开展和拓宽,水利站的作用和地位也越来越重要。截至目前,各水利站先后参加完成了10385份的工程规划设计和40372项的工程施工。 平度市水利站在诸方面发挥了积极作用,促进了全市经济的稳步增长,但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题,应引起足够的重视。 1.管理体制不顺,影响了效能的发挥。
