在数量持续增长的过程控制系统中,过程控制系统是作为分散的系统利用现场总线技术来实现的:低层连接由 CAN 总线,以太网作为工厂级的通信系统并作为管理级和办公室级的内部连接。在现场总线级,典型的比较简单的节点用于控制生产过程,这些节点与生产过程相连。但是在这种环境下,对设备的要求也增加了,它可以对视听信息进行处理。其应用可举例如下:
