当前,随着经济社会的持续发展,城市化进程不断加快,盱眙地区大批青壮年夫妇远离家乡外出务工。因此,留守儿童比例逐年增大,空巢老人越来越多,给学校教育增加了一定的难度,给班级管理带来了相应的麻烦。针对这一现状,我在担任班主任工作期间,采用了“五帮一”教育形式,即选定五个优秀学生,共同组成一个帮扶小组,合五人之力来帮扶一个不良行为或有严重不良行为的学生,使之在校时能得到有效的矫治,从而培养其良好的思想道德素质和行为习惯。其主要做法是:
