目前我国早教发展迅速,师资的培养是发展之源。但在培养早教师的过程中,发现此专业的学生职业认同与职业取向存在矛盾性。原因也很复杂。本文从学生、学校、社会角度寻到专业认同矛盾性的原因,从国家政策、教育机构、课程设置、学生素质等方面提出建议,为培养合格的早教师资力量、促进早教事业发展提供参考。师资培养是早教发展的源泉。为此,高职高专院校先后设立早教专业,培养早教工作者,但在调查中发现,早教专
At present, the rapid development of early education in our country, the cultivation of teachers is the source of development. However, during the process of training early teachers, it is found that there is a contradiction between professional identity and professional orientation of this major. The reason is complicated. This paper, from the perspectives of students, schools and society, finds out the reasons for the contradictions of professional identity, and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of national policies, educational institutions, curricula, and student qualifications. It will provide reference for cultivating qualified early teachers and promoting the development of early childhood education. Teacher training is the source of early education development. To this end, higher vocational colleges have set up early education profession, training early education workers, but in the survey found that early education
