佐贺大学理工部[佐贺市本庄街1,TEL(0952)24—5191]试制了2~4个斜齿的小齿轮减速机(参看照片1、表1)。经过长时间的负荷试验,证明了这种减速机在一定减速范围内可以代替蜗轮减速机。同时,又对小齿轮和大齿轮进行了不同硬度下的负荷能力试验,结果与一般常识不一样,试验证明小齿轮用软的材料较好,而大齿轮用比小齿轮材料硬HB100的材料为最好。《大齿轮比小齿轮硬HB100的材料》表2的结果是由照片2形式试验得到的,表3中的试验齿轮是在进行负荷试验中的减
