目的探讨血气分析在婴幼儿肺炎酸碱平衡紊乱中的临床应用价值。方法应用美国MEDICA Easy Blood Gas血气分析仪及配套试剂包,对婴幼儿肺炎患儿进行动脉血血气分析,并与急性上呼吸道感染的患儿作比较。结果肺炎组、重症肺炎组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。重症肺炎组与肺炎组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血气分析对临床医生及时掌握和纠正婴幼儿肺炎患儿的酸碱平衡紊乱,判断婴幼儿重症肺炎患儿的呼衰情况有着十分重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of blood gas analysis in infantile pneumonia with acid-base balance disorder. Methods The arterial blood gas analysis was performed on infants and children with pneumonia in the United States using the MEDICA Easy Blood Gas blood gas analyzer and kit kit, and compared with children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Results pneumonia group, severe pneumonia group and control group differences were statistically significant (P <0.001). The difference between severe pneumonia group and pneumonia group was also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Blood gas analysis plays an important guiding role for clinicians in grasping and correcting the acid-base balance disorder in infants with pneumonia in time and in judging the respiratory failure of infants with severe pneumonia.
