10月15日,全国台联在重庆召开了“服务地方建设、服务台商投资”经验交流大会,各地台联主要负责人出席了会议。全国人大常委、全国台联会长梁国扬在会上作了重要讲话。天津、上海、江苏、江西、湖南、海南、重庆、厦门等地台联在会上介绍了做好“双服务”工作的经验。这次会议是在《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》正式生效,两岸经贸关系走向正常化、制度化的形势下召开的。会议的主要任务是,贯彻落实胡锦涛总书记“12.31”重要讲话精神,研究交流台联“双服务”工作,开创台联“双服务”工作新
On October 15, the National Taiwan Strait held a meeting to exchange experience in service construction and service for Taiwan businessmen in Chongqing. The main leaders of the Taiwan Stations attended the conference. NPC Standing Committee, National Taiwan Leader Liang Guoyang made an important speech at the meeting. At the meeting, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hainan, Chongqing, Xiamen and other places introduced the experience of doing a good job of “double service”. The meeting was held under the situation of the “Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement” coming into force and the cross-Strait economic and trade relations going towards normalization and institutionalization.
