对现场加工和成品改性沥青进行了性能试验,分析了各类改性沥青路用性能,选出了适用于寒区的改性沥青种类和加工方法。在此基础上,对SMA-16沥青混合料进行了组成设计,并通过试验检验了混合料的路用性能。结合工程实际对SMA沥青路面的掺配、拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺进行了总结;通过试验路段的跟踪调查统计,证明了SMA路面可在东北季冻区应用。
The performance test of on-site processing and finished modified asphalt was carried out. The performance of various modified asphalt roads was analyzed and the types and processing methods of modified asphalt suitable for cold regions were selected. On this basis, the composition design of SMA-16 asphalt mixture was carried out and the road performance of the mixture was tested by the test. Based on the engineering practice, the construction techniques of blending, mixing, transportation, paving and rolling of SMA asphalt pavement are summarized. The tracking survey statistics of the test sections prove that the SMA pavement can be applied in the northeast frozen region.
