目的:考察黄芩苷与磷脂形成磷脂复合物的最佳工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷与磷脂的结合百分率为评价指标,采用单因素考察和正交设计试验进行系统的研究,考察了反应溶剂类型、药物与磷脂投料比例、药物浓度、反应时间、反应温度等因素对磷脂复合物形成的影响。结果:确定了黄芩苷磷脂复合物的最佳制备条件,即在55℃下以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,黄芩苷与大豆磷脂最佳比例为1:2,反应系统中黄芩苷浓度为2.5mg/mL,反应时间为1h。结论:黄芩苷磷脂复合物的形成受溶剂类型、反应物浓度和反应温度的影响较大;文章所确定的工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To investigate the optimum conditions for the formation of phospholipid complex between baicalin and phospholipid. Methods: The baicalin and phospholipid binding percentage as the evaluation index, single factor test and orthogonal design test were used to systematically study the reaction solvent type, drug and phospholipid feed ratio, drug concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature and other factors On the formation of phospholipid complexes. Results: The optimum preparation conditions of baicalin phospholipid complex were determined. The optimal ratio of baicalin and soybean phospholipid was 1: 2 at 55 ℃ with tetrahydrofuran as the reaction solvent. The concentration of baicalin in the reaction system was 2.5 mg / mL , The reaction time was 1h. CONCLUSION: The formation of baicalin phospholipid complex is greatly influenced by the type of solvent, the concentration of reactants and the reaction temperature. The process determined by the article is stable and feasible.
