为评价强噪声暴露后体内自由基引起的脂质过氧化反应的变化,将豚鼠60只随机分为5组,2组正常对照,3组暴露噪声(126dBSPL,3h/d,连续5d或10d)。豚鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力、血清丙二醛(MDA)和全血谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果发现,噪声暴露5d,血清SOD增加;暴露10d,SOD降低(P都大于0.05)。MDA的含量随暴露时间延长增加(P<0.05);GSH的含量随暴露时间的延长降低(P<0.01)。表明,强噪声暴露后自由基引起的脂质过氧化反应增强。提示,应用自由基清除剂和抗氧化剂有可能预防或减轻噪声引起的损伤
To evaluate the changes of free radical-induced lipid peroxidation in rats after exposure to strong noise, 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups and 2 normal controls. The exposure noise (126dBSPL, 3h / d, 5d or 10d) . The levels of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and whole blood glutathione (GSH) in guinea pigs were determined. The results showed that the serum SOD increased 5 days after exposure to noise and SOD decreased (P> 0.05) 10 days after exposure. The content of MDA increased with the prolongation of exposure time (P <0.05). The content of GSH decreased with the prolongation of exposure time (P <0.01). It is suggested that the free radical induced lipid peroxidation increases after exposure to strong noise.
