目的分析多种图像质量影响因素与图像质量的关系,探讨相应的解决方案。方法回顾性分析926例行双源CT(dual-source CT,DSCT)冠状动脉成像资料,分析其平均心率、心率变化、视野(FOV)、螺距(Pitch)值、采集心动周期数、对比剂注射流率、对比剂用量、触发阈值、触发时间等扫描参数与冠状动脉成像图像质量的相关性。结果影响因素中平均心率、心率变化及FOV与图像质量有统计学意义的相关关系。平均心率及心率变化与DSCT冠状动脉CTA图像质量呈负相关;FOV与图像质量呈正相关。心动周期、Pitch值、对比剂注射流率、对比剂用量、触发阈值、触发时间与图像质量无统计学意义的相关。结论冠状动脉CT成像图像质量受多种因素影响,其中心率、心率变化及FOV是影响图像质量的主要因素。
Objective To analyze the relationship between various factors influencing image quality and image quality and to explore corresponding solutions. Methods The coronary angiography data of 926 patients with dual-source CT (DSCT) were analyzed retrospectively. The changes of mean heart rate, heart rate, FOV, Pitch, number of cardiac cycles, Flow rate, contrast agent dosage, trigger threshold, trigger time and other scanning parameters and coronary angiography image quality. Results Among the influencing factors, the average heart rate, heart rate and the correlation between FOV and image quality were statistically significant. The changes of mean heart rate and heart rate were negatively correlated with the CTA image quality of DSCT coronary artery. FOV was positively correlated with the image quality. The cardiac cycle, the Pitch value, the contrast agent injection rate, the contrast agent dosage, the triggering threshold, the trigger time and the image quality were not statistically significant. Conclusion Coronary CT imaging quality is affected by many factors. The changes of heart rate, heart rate and FOV are the main factors affecting the image quality.
