在腔内后装放疗中,因施源器位于体腔内,治疗时放射源进入施源驻留,射线形成同心圆且强度由内向外逐渐减弱的剂量分布形式,常使部分正常组织器官受到辐射损伤,而无任何有效的保护措施。尤其是在外照射治疗后行后装推量治疗时,造成的损伤尤为严重,降低了病人的生存质量,使得后装治疗肿瘤区剂量难以提高,影响疗效。为此,笔者设计制做了系列腔内后装放疗铅保护器,可解决这一问题。

For this reason, the author designed and manufactured a series of post-mounted radiation protection lead protectors, which can solve this problem.
