运用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法,对河南省18所普通高等院校学校体育管理工作进行深入的研究和分析。结果显示:上下级管理部门分工不明确,机构不健全与运行机制不协调;课程内容设置不丰富,健身效果不明显,课程模式较落后;各高校体育经费的投入存在巨大差别,业余训练机制和赛事安排不完善;在学生体质监测环节,个别高校存在监督方面的缺陷。并提出:完善组织机构;加快体育课程内容设置的改革;建立完善的体育课程评价体系与监督体系;业余训练要形成合理的机制等来改进和完善河南省普通高等院校体育管理工作。
Using literature and questionnaires and other research methods, this paper conducts an in-depth research and analysis on the school sports management in 18 colleges and universities in Henan Province. The results show that the division of labor between the upper and lower management departments is not clear, the mechanism is not perfect and the operation mechanism is uncoordinated. The content of the course is not richly set up, the fitness effect is not obvious, and the curriculum model lags behind. There are huge differences in the investment of the university sports funds. The tournament arrangement is imperfect; in the part of students’ constitutional monitoring, there are some shortcomings in supervision in some colleges and universities. And puts forward the following suggestions: perfecting the organizational structure; speeding up the reform of the content of physical education curriculum; establishing a perfect evaluation system and supervision system of physical education curriculum; amateur training should form a reasonable mechanism to improve and perfect the sports management of colleges and universities in Henan Province.
