滚丝轮是汽车、拖拉机制造业中的重要工具之一,其使用寿命是大家所关心的问题,本文根据滚丝轮切削寿命试验和生产实践,谈谈热处理缺陷对滚丝轮使用寿命的影响。滚丝轮使用中牙纹破损情况有两种:一是正常磨损;二是早期异常损坏。后者降低了滚丝轮的使用寿命。造成滚丝轮早期异常损坏的原因较多,如滚丝轮的选材、设计、制造、锻造、热处理、被加工工件的材料、硬度、表面是否光洁、以及操作是否正确、机床精度、加工速度等。这里只探讨造成滚丝轮产生早期异常损坏而影响其使用寿命的热处理缺陷。一、滚丝轮早期异常损坏的形式 (1) 牙纹剥落牙纹剥落有两种形式:
