对我国19座4000m~3以上高炉2011—2015年部分生产技术指标进行了分析,指出了我国大高炉发展滞后的原因,并重点从生产指标、原燃料指标和操作参数等方面剖析了我国大高炉生产技术呈现出的新特点。同时,提出了今后大高炉生产技术发展的若干建议:一是在高炉运行许可的条件下,多使用小块焦炭;二是提高风温,降低炉顶温度;三是积极对标,制订适宜于自身的冶炼方案;四是要把节能降耗当作首要任务。
Analyzed some production technical indexes of 19 blast furnaces above 4,000m ~ 3 in our country from 2011 to 2015, pointed out the reasons for the lagging behind of large blast furnaces in our country, and analyzed the main blast furnaces in our country from the aspects of production index, raw fuel index and operation parameters, Production technology presents new features. At the same time, put forward some suggestions for future development of large blast furnace production technology: one is to use more coke under the permission of blast furnace operation; the other is to raise the air temperature and reduce the temperature of the roof; thirdly, Smelting program; Fourth, we must make energy saving as a top priority.
