报告头颈部沿膜肉瘤3例的临床资料。复习文献，总结头颈部滑膜肉瘤的临床特点，并就其外科治疗价值等有关问题进行讨论。认为避免术前激惹肉瘤和扩大切除术，是减少其术后复发和转移的关键，放疗对本瘤不敏感。
The clinical data of 3 cases of membrane sarcoma along the head and neck were reported. Review the literature to summarize the clinical features of synovial sarcoma in the head and neck and discuss related issues such as the value of surgical treatment. It is believed that avoiding preoperative excision of sarcoma and extended resection is the key to reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis, and radiotherapy is not sensitive to this tumor.
