目的了解某市放射工作人员接受外照射剂量水平,正确评价职业病危害及防护效果并提出对策。方法按照《职业照射个人监测规范外照射监测》(GB 5294-2001)对某市部分放射工作人员进行监测。结果 2003—2008年放射工作人员个人剂量监测共2 314人次,集体年剂量当量之和为1 710.99人.mSv,人均年剂量当量为0.74 mSv/a,年剂量当量<5mSv的2 278人次,占98.44%;人均年剂量当量呈逐年下降趋势;X射线工作人员的人均年剂量当量最高并随医院级别的升高而降低,密封源工作人员的人均年剂量当量最低。结论应加强该市X射线特别是镇级医院X射线工作人员的放射卫生防护。
Objective To understand the exposure level of radiation workers in a certain city, correctly evaluate the harm of occupational diseases and the protective effect, and propose countermeasures. Methods According to the “Occupational Exposure Monitoring Standards for External Exposure Monitoring” (GB 5294-2001) to monitor some radiation workers in a certain city. Results A total of 2 314 individual doses of radiation workers were monitored during 2003-2008, with a total annual equivalent of 1 710.99 mSv, an average annual dose equivalent of 0.74 mSv / a, and an annual dose equivalent of <5 mSv, accounting for 98.44%. The annual per capita equivalent dose showed a declining trend year by year. The annual equivalent dose of X-ray workers per capita was the highest and decreased with the increase of the hospital grade. The annual average equivalent dose per year of the sealed source workers was the lowest. Conclusion Radiation protection should be strengthened for X-rays, especially X-ray staff in township hospitals.
