采用单辊旋淬法制备了Cu_(50)Zr_(42)Al_8,Cu_(46)Zr_(47-x)Al_7Y_x(x=2,5),Cu_(43)Zr_(42)Al_8Ag_7和Cu_(43)Zr_(42)Al_8Ag_5Y_2非晶合金薄带,利用X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析研究了合金样品的玻璃形成能力和热稳定性。结果表明,在Cu__(50)Zr_(42)Al_8中添加适量的Ag、Y后使得非晶合金的短程有序结构发生改变。合金Cu_(46)Zr_(47-x)Al_7Y_x(x=2,5)的过冷液相区宽度△T_x分别比Cu_(50)Zr_(42)Al_8增加了19K、30K,约化玻璃转变温度T_(rg)从0.565分别增加到0.579和0.566,参数γ从0.402分别增加到0.418和0.420,说明Y的添加提高了非晶合金的热稳定性和玻璃形成能力。合金Cu_(43)Zr_(42)Al_8Ag_7和Cu_(43)Zr_(42)Al_8Ag_5Y_2与Cu_(50)Zr_(42)Al_8相比,约化玻璃转变温度T_(rg)及参数γ均有了明显的提高,达到了0.619、0.416和0.609、0.411,表明Ag的添加、Ag和Y的同时添加均提高了Cu-Zr-Al系非晶合金的玻璃形成能力,但Ag的效果更加显著。
The Cu_ (50) Zr_ (42) Al_8, Cu_ (46) Zr_ (47-x) Al_7Y_x (x = 2,5), Cu_ (43) Zr_ (42) Al_8Ag_7 and Cu_ (43) ) Zr_ (42) Al_8Ag_5Y_2 amorphous alloy ribbons, the glass forming ability and thermal stability of the alloy samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the short-range ordered structure of the amorphous alloy changes after the addition of proper amount of Ag, Y in Cu __ (50) Zr_ (42) Al_8. The ΔT_x of the supercooled liquid region of alloy Cu_ (46) Zr_ (47-x) Al_7Y_x (x = 2,5) increased by 19K and 30K respectively from that of Cu_ (50) Zr_ (42) Al_8 and the reduced glass transition temperature T rg increased from 0.565 to 0.579 and 0.566 respectively, and the parameter γ increased from 0.402 to 0.418 and 0.420 respectively, indicating that the addition of Y improved the thermal stability and glass forming ability of the amorphous alloy. Compared with Cu 50 Zr 42 Al 8, the reduced glass transition temperature T rg and the parameter γ of the alloys Cu 43 Zr 42 Al 8 Ag 7 and Cu 43 Zr 42 Al 8 Ag 5 Y 2 are obviously Increase to 0.619, 0.416 and 0.609, 0.41 1, indicating that the addition of Ag and the simultaneous addition of Ag and Y both increase the glass forming ability of the Cu-Zr-Al based amorphous alloy, but the effect of Ag is more significant.
